From recipes that can be served to a dozen folks to a simple homealone dinner, Wangethi Mwangi uses simple ingredients to prepare what appears to be a connoisseurs delight in the end.
From my personal point of view, the most mouth watering recipe in Wangethi Mwangi's list was Omena Fish Stew. For the unaware, Omena is a small fish found in Western Kenya. In North America, this dried fish is sold in grocery stores. If unavailable, other dried fish can also be used.
Needless to say, this is in as my Sunday lunch.
